Business outlook
Pros
- Strong Sales Training for Early Career Employees - Very ingrained in the local community, not sure if they still are after the buyout. - Some of the most competent IT staff and Sales staff I have worked with - Are compassionate people, understanding that employees are humans
Cons
- Sales Manager would rather light themselves on fire than actually be involved in the sales process. - Very little connection between Sales and IT, making the pre-sales evaluation and quote creation process incredibly painful, especially for non-technical Salespeople. - If you aren't in with upper management or part of the "Boys Club", then you are in for a ride. They pick favorites here and then make them your boss, even if they suck.
