Pros
They’re are process oriented with a focus on speed and quality in software delivery. Integral’s people legitimately try to live up to their core values. The culture values transparency, authenticity and psychological safety.
Cons
As a small business trying to grow they are dealing with some real growing pains. Management still seems to operate on putting out fires with clients. Not for lack of trying, but client priorities often challenge Integral’s attempts to invest back into the business. Things always seem to be getting better, progress has been slow but steady.
