We have zero private jet. When I Director of ops lat visited I flew coach JetBlue or American usually in a middle seat like always. We did sign a new five year lease and are still trying to get out of it. Sorry again about the financial facts of having to close the center I built with my own hands.

Pros

You can make your own schedule, the supervisor's are nice those are the only two things I can say so far are good.

Cons

The pay is horrible, higher authority isn't friendly, one 15 minute break, no background checks, no bonuses if so it sucks, non professional environment, trained to be heartless agents. To little pay for so much work, you're just another number to them, if you don't get any credit cards they will send you home.

I am sorry you are not happy. My name is Justin Borysenko and I am always happy to help but have not been in FL for a month or so. Bonus is paid to every agent working the minimum agreed hours of 16.5 pm or 21.5 am hours. It's automatic in the computer. Last week the center average was $10.73 and among those who took advantage of the hours bonus it was well over $11.00 hr. We have great health insurance. Give automatic raises at a year and two years. Have room to advance as well. We have a 15 minute break at 11:30 paid. A 1/2 hour break at 2:00 and 4:30 depending on the shift you choose. We have another 15 minute break paid at 7:00 pm.

A Bitter Farewell

Pros

There were some wonderful co-workers here.

Cons

What do you say about a company that lowers the boom without warning one early afternoon on its whole operation in Cambridge, MA, locking out their employees on pay day without passing them their paychecks from the previous week's work as well as that partial current week? Yes, they had been moving a few people out to work remotely out of their homes...was this their way of warning the rest of us to prepare for the impending disaster? There has always been a bit of a stench here, trickling down from the top. I'm sorry that so many people are suddenly out of job (even as low a paying one as this Democratic fundraising operation), particularly those who have devoted so many years to IRI. I wish them all well.
