Bonus is paid to every agent working the minimum agreed hours of 16.5 pm or 21.5 am hours. It's automatic in the computer. Last week the center average was $10.73 and among those who took advantage of the hours bonus it was well over $11.00 hr. We have great health insurance. Give automatic raises at a year and two years. Have room to advance as well. We have a 15 minute break at 11:30 paid. A 1/2 hour break at 2:00 and 4:30 depending on the shift you choose. We have another 15 minute break paid at 7:00 pm.
