I have been working with the company from past few yrs, this company gives u a great platform for fresher and experienced too.
The management is so helpful and supportive that even a basic level person can also survive here.
I would like to tell that our MD and CEO sir are two most intelligent and supportive people I have seen. Especially our CEO sir supports each and very employee with good wills.
A strong personality like our AVP I have never seen who is the backbone of the whole technical team. She supports guides and help her each team member to every extend.
Our VP sales supports and manages his entire team very well and give them a huge growth path.
Our management plays a vital role in each ones growth, they stand by their employee's side and guide them like their mentor and leader not like real managers who shouts at their employees.
Intec is such a company where any one can survive , our management give chance to each one to improve but some of our colleague are so laid back that they didn't want to work and do hard work and when are they sober achieve their goal they blame the management. Due to their own incapabilities they are frustrated and start talking lame and dirty things for the managers.
Intec keep their employee happy by giving good hikes per yr even the person performs it not and a very good environment to work.
Cons
Intec managers thinks lot about their employees. Instead they should become like other companies who don't even bother about the employees growth and feelings.
