Leadership is terrible, one leader who only got the position because her mommy negotiated it for her is not professional enough to have a conversation with you when they fail to deliver on what was agreed upon during the hiring process. Every teams message and phone call I made to her was ignored. All the cons you see are legit, they only care about further acquisitions and say the company is growing but servicing is terrible, clients cannot reach their agent and get bounced around to different teams constantly. The benefit package is one of the worst I have seen and extremely expensive with some of the highest deductibles I have ever had and I have been working for over 20 years in various industries. No formal training, unless you consider self-paced videos a training program. Sales leaders only want you to continuously be available for calls as they "want you to make money" but they do not care about the quality of service provided to earn or retain business that was already quoted. They will want you to be available at all times and you need to get all activities performed for the call you just took before the next call comes in which is impossible most of the time. Turn over is high and something I had no idea about prior to starting. They had tried to fill my position at least 3 different times prior to me and most barely lasted 90 days from what I was told. They will seem nice and straight-forward up front, but you will soon realize how deceiving they are. Save yourself the trouble and find employment elsewhere, you will be much happier. Truly read all the cons as I cannot stress how accurate they are, I wish I had looked up reviews prior to accepting the role as you will see the same type of complaint over and over which tells you how legitimate the complaints are.
