Nice location and building, Staff is nice but only held together by a couple of superstar CSRs.
Cons
Having worked with the partners of ICG for over ten years before leaving, I can safely advise you to stay away from this place at all costs. Looks beautiful from the outside, but the workflow and management are helter-skelter. Al is a silver snake who manages the office from Flordia half of the year and will promise you excellent service but never back it up. Mark S is the bulldog in charge of day to day firing people and delivering bad news to clients. Stone cold poker face (resembles Richard Cheney). Mark M is the honorable one. As the day to day manager, he holds it all together and honestly deserves a trophy for administering the office as well as he does despite the questionable decision making of the other two. In the past two years, there has been a mass exodus of sales agents who have seen the writing on the wall and decided to leave for greener pastures and less draconian management practices.
