Pros
- Cool/pretty innovative products that are fun to work on/talk about - Veterinary industry is such a meaningful industry to contribute to - Tons of smart, talented people doing the day to day work - Good benefits (annual wellness stipend) and fully remote company is nice
Cons
- Leaders are inexperienced and set/agree to goals misaligned with industry realities - CEO doesn't trust expertise unless its his own and tends to micromanage - Turnover is high and company doesn't clearly communicate staff changes - Main product is about 3-5 years behind where it should be to compete and pricing structure is convoluted - Recently acquired products have sales goals misaligned with resource investment
