An average place to work, nothing special

Some good people work here - although probably not for long!

Cons

Monolithic architecture Horrendous code base Some awful examples of project management Have a couple of ‘special’ customers who the company will literally drop everything and bend over for. Senior management seems to be of the opinion that employees are lucky to have a job and should be grateful for their employment - this seems to be why pay is low/average for the area, pay increases are nonexistent, minimal pension contributions and no bonuses.

Colleagues. Work life balance if you want it. Rewarding if willing to go the extra and mention it. Breeding ground for some incredible talent.

Cons

Management suffer from a lack of empathy. Lost its startup vibe and culture. Legacy technology. Tech debt. Unachievable targets. No finance communication.
