      Opportunities for career advancement, but only if they like you on a personal level

      Overall, the new Mullica Hill hospital is weird— they do not like to employ Black, Latino, or Middle eastern individuals. I have worked here for years and noticed they treat certain patients differently based on this. They especially do not like members of the LGBTQ+ community and that also extends to their patients. They make it very obvious, and will target you based on this. It’s almost as if they want the lawsuits. They value profits over patient outcomes and patient safety. The one Med Surg unit on the 5th floor only hires Men as part of their staff and the male nurse manager likes to boast about this. They violate many labor laws. Stay away.

      Pros

      As a Staff accountant, you learn a lot in a short amount of time. Especially in Excel and the overall healthcare field.

      Cons

      Work life balance is neither acknowledged or encouraged by upper management. Inspira finance will be your life. Be prepared to work upwards of 60 hours a week and weekends when necessary.

      Medical coverage was good but that’s all. Good company for white females.

      Cons

      Management shows favoritism and gossips about employees to other employees. Promotion is not based on work but who likes you. Racism is obviously a upper management problem.
