Overall, the new Mullica Hill hospital is weird— they do not like to employ Black, Latino, or Middle eastern individuals. I have worked here for years and noticed they treat certain patients differently based on this. They especially do not like members of the LGBTQ+ community and that also extends to their patients. They make it very obvious, and will target you based on this. It’s almost as if they want the lawsuits. They value profits over patient outcomes and patient safety. The one Med Surg unit on the 5th floor only hires Men as part of their staff and the male nurse manager likes to boast about this. They violate many labor laws. Stay away.
