I find it funny how after some bad review that a good review often appears and a response is made by company rep almost in sync. As numerous others have said, I felt there was a lot of chaos and dysfunction at the company and a real lack of concern and wellbeing for staff. I believe it's a cop out to say that because tech had a lot of layoffs that it should be expected. People kept being added and added and I felt some people saw it as a shiny new toy when all these people came into the company. There were several warning signs of the macro environment impeding so why wasn't this factored in? Who has their eye on the ball? Many of these people were then let go in awful fashion in my opinion. People like me left other jobs at the prospect of working long term for the company and I personally felt like I have collateral damage from my experience

Lack of competence from most people in the organization Most of the people in charge have never run a software business Promotions aren’t merit based Products are being pushed without being ready for the market Things move extremely slow for an organization this young Over processed workflows that lead to things taking weeks when it should take minutes Lack of resources where it matters and too many resources being wasted in low value areas Company caters to an audience that is at the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to prioritization of business projects
