You’re surrounded by people who are understanding, helpful, and encouraging, which makes the work feel lighter. Earning potential. You can hustle whenever you want and boost your take-home pay, giving you more control over your income.
Cons
Lack of structure. The company doesn’t have a well-organized system or documentation, which can sometimes cause confusion. Limited transparency. It would be better if the company were more open in sharing updates and changes so everyone stays well-informed.
