Pros

The company has a really good team of people and an excellent support system. It is really easy to feel comfortable going to management with issues that you are having. Any time you need assistance or support, they are there, and you will walk away from the conversation feeling better than when you went in, guaranteed. This company also does an excellent job of maintaining team interactions and camaraderie, despite the fully virtual environment.

Cons

I think the main issues with the company at the moment are due to the early stages of growth that the company is in. There are some things that are not documented well, if at all, and organization of procedures and documents could use some work. But this is something that management is actively trying to resolve as quickly as possible with the resources they have.

Cons

If you are one of the cool kids, you'll be fine for a while. But it isn't an environment that offers long term growth.
