I have worked with INE for 17 months and found their work culture very astounding. Helpful intellectual people around you give you more space to learn and grow. Helped me in developing as an individual professionally as well personally as you get ample time for fulfilling your personal hobbies.
Cons
INE is a low paymaster. A reason could be they are restricted to very niche business of providing consulting services in NRM and energy domain only. No one will force you or give you targets to bring projects as INE majorly focuses on quality in program delivery. Limited business implies limited monetary growth.
