People, platform and processes. Insite has a strong group of dedicated employees who drive an industry leading software platform. Working at Insite software has been a great experience!
Cons
There are no cons from my perspective. The experience has been fantastic.

Pros
-Some seriously smart people working at this place. I absorbed a lot of knowledge! -Location is right next to the Metro Transit Train. Very convenient! -If you're senior level compensation is competitive. They also give pretty nice bonuses. -The food in downtown is amazing. -Brilliant cooks work at Insite. You will be enjoying yummy desserts often. -Latest technologies is being worked on at Insite. Great learning opportunity! -We got to have week chunks once a year to work on whatever we wanted. I loved that.
Cons
-Management is just awful. They love to throw around things you love to hear but either never do it or wait 8 months. Why do I feel like I'm the one managing my manager? -There is a huge fraction in the developer space. I'll leave it at that. -If you think highly of git don't bother working here. They hate git. It's really silly. -Certain developers can just do whatever they feel like without much question from management. Seems unfair at times. -One of Insite's core values of open and honest communication. Never working there did I feel like management was being open and honest with me. The way they choose their words feels like they are always hiding something.
