      Challenging & exciting AI startup with great culture and work/life balance

      Pros

      - Challenging work environment suited for people who like to solve unique/novel and groundbreaking problems using state of the art AI methodologies. - Solving problems using AI / data science that have significant impact on global commerce! - Inspiring office and founders that have the back of their team, located in NZ's best AI hub. - Excellent team and culture, you're working with people smarter than you but that love to have a good time and nurture talent.

      Cons

      - Had a slight hiccup when a new "American style" exec came onboard and negatively impacted the culture, now he's gone the company is a great place to work again.

      Pros

      Clear company objectives from top leadership, cooperative team spirit, and a lot of brain power.

      Cons

      - Distributed team sometimes make collaboration difficult due to time zone differences (but mostly not an issue thanks to email). - Free snacks are made up of mostly healthy food (like fruits); would like to see some donuts sometime.
