the team works really well together, few manager were change in the past few month, it has been less stress full since they are no longer there. The team works well. The location is great next to Bart.
Cons
The clients needs to provide Cars for employees to travel to customer sites.

Pros
A good way to start the general contractor side of construction. You will learn more from the clients, such as the construction management team, depending on the project manager. Lead of Design is amazing although hindered by the mismanagement by the owner and lead of construction. They offer decent benefits such as fitness and mileage reimbursement.
Cons
They do not listen to the issues presented by both the construction and design team. There are many false promises made by the leaders of the company, excluding the design lead, they will do their best to help. The construction lead is unable to teach you and they expect you to know everything when they hire fresh college graduates. Lastly they will tell everyone that they are getting paid the highest. Though expect to work long hours with comparable pay to a fast food worker after all the effort you put in.
