      Pros

      Learn about various government and educational programs aimed at helping startups. Get to have interesting conversations with startup founder.

      Cons

      Unrealistic targets. No negotiations on anything regarding salary or work terms. This is especially concerning given that their employment contracts contain huge blunt legal verbiage aimed at limiting career opportunities outside the company.

      Steady paycheque with M-F 9-5 hours

      Cons

      Low pay, mediocre benefits, challenging organizational culture, no accountability by leadership in managing chronic behavioural problems, internal issues with bullying, extremely high turnover rate, lack of inclusivity/empathy, no opportunities for long-term career growth.
