Pros
The team culture was incredibly supportive, and my senior colleagues were always happy to mentor me. I was also given the chance to work on real client projects from day one, which was an amazing learning opportunity.
Cons
Being a startup, the work-life balance was sometimes challenging, with long hours required close to project deadlines. The initial salary was also a bit on the lower side for the market.
