      This is a fake company , hiring the candidates and after that not able to pay them . not resisted. Branches are at Pune /Chennai /Hyderabad .

      Even this company is listed as Fake company in all MNC List , after working here you are not eligible to work any good MNC .

      i got seleted in innova solution.they sent me offer letter and all stuff. and after one month they told me you search alternate job we cant do anything.

      Cons

      I lost my MNC job due to innova soluiton.the fake promises of innova solution make my worst decision in life and due to this i am jobless.just fake and fake promises they offer to the candidate

      I Join Innova solutions because TCS is client and I got opportunity to work in TCS.

      Cons

      Worst HR management senior HR is useless. Salary Issues , I still not got my full and final settlement amount. Please do not work this company payroll this people hiring the employees on the name of MNC company and when MNC company put you on beach they didn't pay you for that number of days.They didn't infrom you this thing at the time of joining.
