      Can improve good interpersonal skills, one can find out their strengths and be dependent on it, clear vision towards career growth and great working environment with lots of energetic vibes

      Cons

      Not for ones who are not ready to work hard, patience and self motivation is required. You can't skip any training modules though you are an experienced person

      Its been 10 months i am working in this company and what i likes in This company is i could able to showcase my skills and fast growth and excellent opportunity to see and mingle with new and different kinds of people

      Nothing i felt downsides in this company because its a place to develope yourself and career growth so i also had good experiences only
