witnessed other staffs cry during work hours due to bullying from management, results in multiple resignations and HO blatantly ignoring this issue
we are a big store, cleaning is needed however they refuse to hire cleaners. we are expected to sweep, vacuum, mop, wipe benches/displays, mirrors, drawers, cabinets, store room, trim/cut leafs, water plants/ceiling plants, wipe glass doors and walls, sanitise and clean testers, scrub the floors and sink, on an everyday basis. if there are no customers, this is what they expect you to do although you’ve already done it on the day
little to no notice on change of roster
