Pros
The company is just starting to find its feet with new DRaaS solutions, a new vision, and a clearer go-to-market strategy leveraging the channel to a much greater extent. There are plenty of areas to improve, but the company is making honest strides to improve across all functional areas. I genuinely enjoy coming to work because of the people around me who make it fun and keep me laughing. We need to infuse this sense of fun across all departments!
Cons
With a number of international offices -- in Kiev, Chennai, Salt Lake City and El Segundo -- communication can always be improved. I would like to see a more regular cadence of executive communications about how we're doing, where we need to improve, and sharing sales results. There's also a tendency to micro-manage vs. giving the troops their marching orders and having them own the plan, the results, and any necessary course-corrections.
