Senior Identity Management professional heading the company.
Cons
- Fraudulent methods used to recruit talents like keeping(under the pretext of the verification) your marks cards for indefinite time and refusing to provide an acknowledgement. - Not paying salary on time and full including non-payment without communicating the reason for doing so. - Zero leaves. Only loss of payment leaves - No process whatsoever, no formal communication by Management(absolutely none). All instructions/communication happens orally.

Good senior management. They will be around you if you need anything or any help
Cons
night shifts, Work gets a little monotonous though people stick around because of the great work culture and environment.
