As the company was sold/merged with multiple other companies it lost its focus and became a huge heap of confusion and politics. No one in the organisation knows what to do or how to do it. Friend of friends get senior positions and are clueless

I have worked for Ipanema during several months in 2015 and 2016. Ipanema is now part of Infovista since 2015. The purchase of Ipanema was a whole mess. Most of the sales team members, presales, profesionnal services team left or were fired. The consequences: very low motivation, disastrous sales results. Most of the current emplyes have worked for more than 10 years for the company and are scared to leave (very common in French companies), the impact is the terrible work atmosphere. Ipanema is the lame duck of Infovista and must be avoided. Try to be hired by Blue Coat or Riverbed instead.
