Pros

Nice work space and office.

Cons

I have never felt more devalued as an employee as when I worked at Infinite AI. Employees are asked to complete tasks with very little direction, and are often subjected to strict critiques of their work. In many cases, the work will be changed or completely redone by the CEO or someone off site without any feedback provided to the employee about what should have been done or how to improve. Basically, if the CEO did not have a hand in completing a task, the possibility that this task will be changed or completely replaced with something else is almost a certainty. This lack of teamwork and collaboration is very demotivating to employees who work hard to do a good job and take pride in their contributions. Why hire competent and qualified people if you’re not going to trust them to do the work they were hired to do? Adding to the cynical atmosphere is the fact that there seems to be a lack of trust in employees in general due to daily “clock watching” and schedule scrutiny by upper management. Employees are expected to openly report any PTO they’ve requested from their managers, as well as any slight change to their schedules, even if it means they’re only leaving 20 minutes early that day. This information must be disclosed to the entire team every single day, while to the contrary, employees typically are unaware of the daily schedule of upper management, thus hampering the completion of assignments and planning for the timing of meetings and daily priorities. These are only a few of the main reasons why so many people have left this company. The disrespectful and distrustful culture, along with the frequent mood swings of the CEO, make it a place to work that should be avoided by anyone who wants to feel valued as an employee.
