      Pros

      Frankly, there aren't any strong pros for working here...unless you like a crazy workload and disgruntled colleagues.

      Cons

      Overall culture of the company is toxic - the majority are extremely bitter New senior management is really strong in business acumen but egos run wild and get in the way of any meaningful progress - Napoleon syndrome indeed The horrible culture comes from poor treatment from above Pay is a joke - plan to deduct 30% off of your market value Processes are so broken that at least half of your time is spent fixing things or doing redundant work I would strongly recommend anyone considering to decline working here

      I'd like to respond with a few things that have changed at Indyme. I've been the HR Manager here for three months and this is what I've seen: Now that COVID is winding down and we're able to gather again, we've put a lot of emphasis on communication and bringing back the fun events we had pre-COVID. The Sr Leaders have worked to get best practices in place for timelines on new product development and we've had turnover of some of the people not producing results and not embracing the changes. Our CEO is an incredible leader who has taken constructive feedback and worked to improve relationships throughout the company, as well as communication to get everyone moving in the same direction. Before I came on board, I read all the reviews of this company and I'm glad I came on board as I've found the negative opinions expressed were held by very few people. This is a company that cares about the people who work here and we are creating some very cool products!

      Non performers have great job security.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover which has lead to low company morale. Confusion continues to increase over who is responsible for what and upper management remains in denial to what is really going on day to day. The company does not give performance evaluations, merit increases are rare, and time-off is scarce,

      Toxic environment Poor management HR doesn't know how to properly be HR. She makes excuses as to why everyone treats you poorly. People will constantly make you feel worthless Using profanity among the entire company is a standard. Too small of a company with approximately 45+ employees to handle such large accounts No employee recognition, ever No respect for others
