      Exposure to work on various assignments bcoz company has high attrition and always lack bandwidth

      Cons

      treat employees as slave Low salary Management expects employee to work late night and even on week offs. Still dedect salaries if one comes half an hour late. HR dept is worst. They are puppet of Management.

      Good culture. Fun Fridays. Parties. Stress relief activities.

      Cons

      No motivations. Less salary . High cuts of salary in the name of covid. Forceful resignation of the employees without any reason. Data centric. 17 hrs of wfh during lockdowns
