      Pros

      I've been at Indigo Interactive since it was Desert Rose Design - Indigo was founded in order to specialize. The company is run by knowledgeable women who've been in the industry for 15 years. Management gets along. The business model is sound. Onboarding process is great, no "sinking or swimming". Potential for growth is high for those who are motivated. Great atmosphere to work, love the office space and the team.

      Cons

      It's technically a startup but because of the experienced management and long-term clients it's a stable place to work.
