      Horrible place to work for serious and progressive employees

      Pros

      Employees are friendly among themselves.

      Cons

      No proper appraisal. Exploit people at the slightest opportunity. COO is a compulsive liar and a sly and uncultured rogue who is always looking for ways rob employees of what the company owes them. When you leave, you never get full and final on time, it is usually extremely delayed, often comes after employees threaten to sue them. Play ugly games with gratuity.

      Pros

      Used to be an excellent company under the Encyclopaedia Britannica brand.

      Cons

      But, there are lot of problems after making the changes in the senior management level. Basically, there are no ethics in the compnay.
