List is long but I will try: 1. Extremely toxic upper management and CEO. 2. We were threatened for pay cuts if we don't come to office everyday during "third wave of COVID when there was a surge and everything was shut down". 3. We are still sent these emails if we don't do 9 hours in office. If you are a developer who takes client calls even after 6 pm and with already 9 hours done in office, you are openly told it doesn't matter and "you can work 12 hours in that case then". 4. Told by the CEO in townhall that bad Glassdoor and fishbowl reviews doesn't matter to him and he won't look at it to improve things. Management tried to get anonymous reviews to no avail and action. 5. Some details can't be shared otherwise it won't be anonymous anymore. 6. Interns are made to work without pay in a city like Bengaluru. 7. Some juniors have literally cried after being told by HRs that "if they don't come on Saturdays, then they will take action, and that market is not good outside so they shouldn't take the risk of making HRs angry". WOW. Who thought HRs say these things, but we all know they were made to say these. No wonder even they keep leaving. Because it is clearly against their work ethic- threatening and scaring. Let us now talk about the fakeness? The website shows multiple offices all over the world. Biggest joke. They are just registered offices and there is no physical space for u to work in. People who are from locations like Pune and Kolkata are forced to report to the nearby office like Bhubaneswar and Banglore "otherwise there will be pay cut". What a scam. Because you hired them to work remotely and are now changing their terms because you had a mood swing. This company is wrong on all levels, the amount of people running after COVID and recession is tremendous. Everyone who comes leaves within an year. The company barely makes profits. Even the loyal of managers speak bad stuff in front of their team without hesitation.

Here I will mention the pathetic situation I came across: 1. No laptops. They will make you work on your own laptop. 2. In the offer letter they mentioned 3 months training. They gave 0 days training. 3. No proper management. They don't even know if you have worked well on a project or not. 4. Everyone is leaving they are having a high attrition rate. 5. The policies are so very frustrating. The HRs are helpless also because the CEO is the one who decides everything. 6. Not at all employee friendly. 7. Joining for freshers will get delayed just because they don't have requirment. 8. Worst thing is 20k/month training for them implies working in client projects. Which company will do this to freshers. 9. No recognition for anything 10. Most important false promises:- they say that they will give 50k for Inkathon and they will give nothing. 11. Bonus and variable pay is added into the CTC to create a greater hype. You won't get anything such as bonus because it's "bonus as a bond" where they won't mention it in the beginning.
