Pros

Friendly employees, nice office, good food And no work to do😂

Cons

Hyporcrite cofounders who ask the current employees to give good reviews to increase the ratings They now have nothing to offer their employees just giving false hopes Romil is such a bigmouth with 0 knowledge to run a company just know to give big big lectures and complete show off Rajul is an arrogant fellow who doesn’t know to even respect junior employees , he just identifies seniors employees And his favourite CGO I pity for the laid off employees who were best performers but had to let them go to save the worst performers Please don’t join this company if you want to work ethically

Should redefine their values

Pros

The product is good and the idea they have put up in the market is great, there is no doubt in that. Tech stack is basic and simple, nothing fancy. Co-founder Rajul is worth mentioning. Very approachable and clear with his ideas and a great person.

Cons

I would have posted a very positive review if it was till mid 2019 when Company was good in all terms and the team was small. As they are acquiring more clients, things are worsening : work quality, work life balance, culture & values. The definition of values is altered to support management. It might prove bad for company to entertain over smartness and pompousness of a higher management. There is enough bragging which goes on inside company itself and employees too are tired from hearing all that. Hiring committee is trying to hire more people for cheap by hiring more freshers whereas there is dire need of hiring laterals. They think that the employees who get hired are stupid, who won't see what's going on for real. Work distribution is very skewed which is the reason for no work/life balance. Only two wfh are allowed in a month.

This is Rajul. I would like to meet you and understand more. Culture has been very key for whatever success we had and we wish to carry it forward even as we grow rapidly. Rapid growth brings lot of internal challenges but culture should not change. Request you to please meet me sometime outside office if you feel comfortable. Pros

The only pro is that the peer I worked with was very good and mutually helping each other during work.

Cons

Company is not concerned about shift hours. Company is least concerned about employee benefits and appreciations. Company was in loss but yet hired fresher's with 22LPA and fired experienced employees with 10LPA. Company had a lay offs in May 2023, and given a false hope to existing employees saying everything is fine get back to work now, then they again started the lay offs in July 2023. Without a prior notice they had fired 50+ employees on of a sudden and asked to place resignations on self terms and leave.
