Pros

Under the previous CEO, this was a model company, with great leadership and upper management. Great location, close to transit.

Cons

Around 2014, Incognito ceased to be a private company when they were acquired by Volaris (being part of Volaris is publicly advertised by Incognito Software, and is not a secret). Due to new management being brought in around 2017, the culture and guidelines that once governed and defined Incognito as a company, that once made it a great place to work, were forsaken when a crowd of new "executives" that have less emotional connection to people than the Terminator were brought in. This eventually resulted in roughly 50% of the company leaving in less than one calendar year, as you will read in these other reviews. Looking for a new career? Don't be fooled by the Incognito website. Virtually every photo of a person, or office, are completely unrelated to the company; none of these people actually work there, and the office photos are of photos of someplace else. Perhaps no photos could be found of people smiling that actually work there anymore, but it really speaks to the character of a company when Shutterstock is used as a coverup to hide the real feelings that exist there.

Pros

Incognito has over the years been blessed with amazing individuals that have shown great care towards their customers, co-workers and community. I wish them nothing but the best. Most people that I worked with on a regular basis had stayed at the company for 10+ 15+ 20+ years and would have been more than happy to retire there. The word about Incongito's great culture spread quickly, and even employee's significant others spoke of applying for front desk jobs at Incognito during the Christmas parties.

Cons

Near the beginning of 2017, Incognito's headquarters office in Vancouver composed of roughly 80 employees. By 2018, Incongito lost close to ~40 people, and much (400+ man years worth of) talent and experience. A few prominent spartans remain to defend the lost city of Incognito, but I too must migrate my efforts to a new home. Besides, actions speak louder than words.

Amazing how fast a great ship can sink with the wrong captain

Pros

Amazing Office Location, all other pro's have rapidly dwindled away

Cons

While the slew of characters entering upper management fresh out of a Dilbert cartoon was funny at first, it is now long that point. Ruling by fear and blatant favoritism from C-level management have become the norm. People who speak up have been let go or pushed out. Having an opinion is a surefire way of getting a target on one's back. The fact that employees have been openly asked to post fake reviews here on Glassfrog says it all. Repeated privacy violations by upper management. I would never ever recommend anyone work here.
