Managers are micro-managing and always blame for a small thing, with no freedom to manage work. The work environment is very chaotic. The senior team are very rude, arrogant and full of ego. They even talk very rudely with small customers, prioritising high-paying customers. No proper process and Almost Non existing HR team Management doesn't care about the employees. They don't care if you are sick or have an emergency in the family.
