Pros

There are no pros because the entire experience was awful.

Cons

100% misleading company. I don't recommend anyone work here because it's awful. You literally go out to grocery store parking lots and try to sell different products to people that are getting gas. They also advertise that the "salary" is between 30,000-60,000, which is completely false. It's solely based on commission and only what you sell, so you can stand out there all day and not sell one thing and you don't get paid. They also make you learn "pitches" and a bunch of other pointless information. For anyone that reads this, don't ever work here, especially if your straight out of college. None of the people that work there have college degrees.

Sorry to hear your experience was less than satisfactory. Since you left, we've opened up 4 offices, taken on new contracts, and increased our average paychecks. Our teams are excited and growing, and they're using the same tools and we provide to everyone. We have a diverse crew of go-getters who are driven to succeed, degree or no degree. We hope your talents are better used in a different industry, and we wish you the best.

Pros

Incline is an absolute fallacious scam

Cons

It's very interesting when you visit their website and click on "Team" it's like being at an AA Meeting where you only know the first name and last initial. So their so-called President is called Brandon L. who is just barely out of high school. Even more, intresting is trying looking into who the players are at Incline on LinkedIn, good luck finding anyone who has been there for longer than six months, and the so-called President or other "Executives" at the company don't have a profile on LinkedIn. That is very suspicious. They prey on recent graduates with promises of being groomed for management and greatness. It's also very curious that their website doesn't list any of their clients.

Pros

I am still in school online and i’ve worked here for the past month and the only pro was that you need no experience. They will hire anyone who can do a good interview. The majority of people are nice and friendly.

Cons

this company is run by people who have zero business administration experience or education and it list a complete lie For a job description. they say you will be a marketing associate with fast growth but really you will work in the “feild” Aka gas station parking lots for up to 13 hours a day. everything is commission based and there is no guaranteed salary they will try to sway you with fast and high earnings in the interview process that will soon lead to business ownership and managing a company of your own........ PYRAMID SCHEME. You will have to perform task like scraping dirt off windshields and selling car cleaning products. you will have to perform task like scraping dirt off windshields and selling car cleaning products. they say you work for fortune 500 companies but really it’s just a cheap service contract where you get a small percentage of daily sales from your independent firm. they utilize close to zero efficiency when it comes to business administration and or office performance you will ride on whiteboards and stand in a circle for an hour and a half memorizing the perfect way to sell someone a bad a product. if you have a bad day they will try to nitpick every little bit of information out of you saying it’s a sensual for them to know facts about your personal life which is an invasion of privacy. you have to split all of your work equally with other individuals which is very unfair. they have an entire office that’s not even set up and instead of Utilizing one of the 50 desk that are available they just have utilizing one of the 50 desk that are available they just have a Ping pong table and some spray on whiteboards that every one stands around. New employees come in and out of the office every week and the reason for that is simply because this job and company is nothing but a scam anybody with a brain wil New employees come in and out of the office every week and the reason for that is simply because this job and company is nothing but a scam anybody with any qualifications to get a genuine salary based job will figure out immediately that they should’ve just picked an actual business. oh and you have to drive upwards of 40 to 90 minutes away on a daily basis and you will not be reimbursed for gas money or even offered any type of compensation. an average workday can go from 7:30 AM to 11pm. they also supply zero office supplies on multiple occasions I had to buy my own markers pens paper note pads expo markers and white out that all went to full office use.
