      There are some serious issues

      Pros

      Tech stack is good, people are helpful if you have any questions, a brand new mac.

      Cons

      There is no work and life balance. You have to work overtime. Planning is no good. They can expect you to complete 5 months job in 2 weeks. HR and the recruitment process is no good. Best practices are not used, and no code reviews and tests are made. Testing happens only when the customer is using the software in real life.
