      Pros

      Had a brilliant start, Inventry do so well at including you from the very start. Spending time with teams to get to know everyone not just who is directly working with you, everyone seems to have a great rapport with each other, Its definitely a place I would recommend to work.

      • All colleagues get along, it’s a friendly, positive place to be! • InVentry put people at it's foremost providing great events and benefits • They're very engaging and great with communication trying to ensure everyone has a chance to speak out. • They’re flexible if it fits in with your role

      Cons

      There’s not too much to put here, they do try to address any issues quickly if you have any and can be accommodating. It can be quite a busy environment at times so as long as you can handle a little bit of pressure and enjoy the challenge it’s not really a bad thing!
