Interview
3 stage interview, very quick and was nice to meet different people. Liked visiting the office so you can get a feel for the company. 1st interview was a chat on teams, 2nd in office then 3rd on Teams meeting one of the director which was a refreshing change that they take an interest in the new hires

I applied online. I interviewed at InVentry (Leeds, England) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview was a 3 stage process - initial catch up, full interview (with task) & a meeting with a director. Could tell they are really focused on getting the right people for the team and they are focused on a positive company culture. Task was understandably difficult, but this was based solely on the role I was applying for so relevant to understand if I was the right fit. The interview process as a whole was relaxed and like you were speaking with friends, even with one of the directors. Unfortunately wasn't successful based on a stronger candidate taking the lead but was given great feedback and things to take on board to get into this field of work.
