Cons
Most people and roles are expendable at any time. While there is a vision of where they want to be, a clear path of how they'd like to get there isn't. People then start blaming others to save themselves, given the sometimes lofty goals set for their teams. At one point, they were so focused on office attendance, even when most of your meetings were over teams.
