- Bien organizada. - Buenos beneficios. - Rápido y eficiente proceso de selección - Buen trato desde rangos superiores

Cons

No ofrecen estabilidad laboral garantizada. Si el proyecto en el que estás asignado finaliza, se pausa o se detiene por razones ajenas al desarrollador, te transfieren a un "talent pool" mientras buscan una nueva asignación. Luego de un mes te echan sin más.
