Pros

You get good exposure due to burden of work. You learn self learning since no one cares to support you.

Cons

No Personal Life. You are expected to work Saturdays and Sundays. In iksula you should be available 24x7. Dictatorship Poor top management/staff. No vision of future. Poor employee retention No employee respect. Poor culture. No one sticks with the company for long Ugly politics and blame games.

The company is very good when it comes to learning about the industry

Cons

They will hire you and then they will fire you. I lost a few good friends who joined with me cause the company didn't 'need' them anymore.
