      Pros

      Salary is high, but it doesn't matter, they will kick you off like an object.

      Cons

      They say to clients they have all engineers ready to work, they offer a 30 days trial to clients, clients can end contract with no advice, (even when performance is high). The reality is that they don't have the engineers, they seek for them, they make you resign to your job, and then they kick you off. You can't ask why, they will remove you from slack as well in the middle of the conversation.

      annual performance reviews don't necessarily lead to an annual salary raise, in my case I went two years with the same base salary.
