Pros

Good salary, organized work,good colleagues

Cons

1. They search for loopholes to fire any employee. First they will hire them for a different role and then without giving any standard time to learn they will sack them or make them resign. 2. The SQA team leads are spineless, they cannot support their team and only fulfill their personal interest and work as slaves for a person who does not have any knowledge of SQA. 3. The management talked like dumb and harass employees. One person is responsible for the bad management and he is a sadist and takes pleasure by belittling others.

So much potential...squandered

Pros

There's an air about this place that has a "can-do attitude". There's a ton of potential here, with the company. Work life balance for everyone (except for maybe Sysops) is excellent. For the most part you leave work at home.

Cons

Career Growth: Very little. They will ALWAYS hire the cheaper option. What's the expression A's hire A's? Well this company only hires C's. Direction: Seems pretty murky at the moment. Mentorship: non-existent. Morale: terrible. Turnover: high. No one is enjoying watching the CEO learn the job as he goes. There's very little faith among employees in his ability to grow/sustain the company.

Interesting solution but too much organizational change

Pros

Option to work from home Unlimited PTO Not a place that will micromanage you.

Cons

No health insurance benefits, just a monthly contribution. New CEO changed the entire vibe of the company, which has caused employees to leave and many are unhappy with the changes. Old CEO left the company which was odd and no real explanation to staff. Lots of people leaving, people getting let go. Just doesn't seem like the happy environment it once was. There seems to be lack of direction but we keep being told the company is in a hyper growth phase.
