Pros
People from many different states which was nice, the skilled guys on science and environmental side were great to work with and legitimately cared about infectious diseases.
Cons
It's a revolving door, high turnover, hiring and firing every time you turn around, higher up positions resigned due to poor management. Unskilled people replaced skilled roles, massive communication issues, employees verbally attacked other employees, one of the strangest places I've ever worked. And do not share anything personal even what is your favorite color because it will be used against you, bosses discussed other employees personal lives too with new hires, just shockingly unprofessional and strange.
