      Pros

      There are a lot of treats in the kitchen - that's the only perk.

      Cons

      My mental health felt affected - so I had to part after a few months. As a student I felt constantly overtasked and underguided. People wanted work done, but never knew how it was to be done. Minimal guidance. In addition to that, the job role wasn't specified and you were expected to jump into everything. Additionally, there was an element of micromanagement and disrespect in a subtle way.

      Pros

      The pros of working at ITONICS are genuinely strong. The team is very friendly and supportive, with a shared mindset of wanting the business to succeed. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across the company, and people are always willing to help each other out. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel to different offices internationally, which has been a great way to build relationships and work closely with colleagues across regions. This level of exposure and collaboration makes it a very engaging environment to work in.
