      Pros

      Exposure to a wide range of client industries in Africa, and great for those o who like to travel (80%). Conditions abroad could be better.

      Cons

      The consultants are allocated in several ongoing projects simultaneously, aggravated with short time lines. The overtime is a constant. Although the base pay is in line with market, the “perdiems” when abroad are very low comparing with market average. Management is constantly putting unnecessary pressure on the team, even when it doesn’t makes sense. Get advise from former and current employees before signing in.
