      Pros

      - The team is pretty small (roughly 10 employees). Even with just a little effort on your part, you'll be the star of the organisation.

      Cons

      - The environment is quite unprofessional. The leadership, and to a great extent the team, are not qualified enough. This makes it not a great place to learn and work. If you're ambitious and want to learn only from the best in the business, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      A lot of different projects offering a variety of work, a small team means you can become indispensable too soon.

      Cons

      Decision making power is centralised in the hands of CEO, need her approval for everything. Salary increments can be too measly.
