badly managed organisation in almost every conceivable way. management has little interest in your progression or development, but they are interested in you following arbitrary rules and doing what you are told. this applies to your work products as well, the approach is to do things as they've always been done, even if they don't really work, are constantly breaking, could clearly be improved by those with the right skills etc

Management is often very disrespectful; There is no development plan for the team; Favouritism; The management keeps people as juniors for about 2 years until they change the title; Extremely high staff turnover
