Have left the company towards the end of 2016. Had given a proper notice. My last 1.5 months of Salary is still pending + the allowances. The HR Guys are good. BUT magic begins when you approach the Finance Guys. They will NOT take your calls, not respond to emails, will NOT even recognize that you have even worked for them. I am very upset. My advice : Think 10 times before you join.

1).No work life Balance. 2).Lengthy Work timing from morning 9.30 am to 8.00 pm and above. 3).There is no proper systematic flow in this company for developing product. 4).No employee benefits like cab,bonus,increment,canteen,cultural. 5).Increment is only for Management favour Employees. 6).Company work style is not suite for Married People. 7).For freshers, they recruit in JAVA or DOT NET then they will assign work in Outdated Technology like VB. 8).Even sometimes have to work in Saturday also. 9).Management people doesn't know about product depth and they will ask immediate result. 10).Company is full of politics more then our India.
